Description

This UCC2803D current controller by Texas Instruments perfect for two part systems which have two separate current needs. Its single PWM output produces a current of 1000(Max) mA. This current mode controller supports boost|flyback|forward topology. This part offers a switching frequency of 1000 kHz in order to work properly. In order to ensure parts aren’t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This current mode controller has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. This device has a maximum of 12 V. This current mode controller’s maximum duty cycle is 100 %.

Texas Instruments UCC2803D PWM Controller Current Mode, 12V-3.6V supply, 1 MHz, 4.06V/1A out, SOIC-8

The UCC2803D is a low-power BiCMOS current-mode Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Controller contains all of the control and drive components required for off-line and DC to DC fixed frequency current-mode switching power supplies with minimal parts count. It offers the added features of internal full-cycle soft start and internal leading-edge blanking of the current-sense input. It has the same pin configuration as the UC2842/3/4/5 family and also offers the added features of internal full-cycle soft start and internal leading-edge blanking of the current-sense input. It offers choice of maximum duty cycle and critical voltage levels.
